The Office of Study and Examinations welcomes students registered for a bachelor's degree, and we inform you that this office devotes time and effort to facilitating the procedures for students' registration in academic courses, as well as monitoring students' results from the time they enroll in the study until obtaining the bachelor's degree.

Tasks

  • The duties of this office include:
  •  Preparing and organizing study schedules and final exam schedules, in coordination with scientific departments and divisions.
  •  Covering common materials between scientific departments with faculty members in coordination with the departments and the office of faculty members in the college.
  •  Supervising the preparation of classrooms in coordination with the College Registrar Department and the College Vice Dean for Scientific and Academic Affairs.
  •  Coordinating with the scientific departments to follow up the faculty members on the extent of their coverage of the vocabulary of the subjects in each semester.
  •  Coordinating with the college registrar and heads of scientific departments in the transfer of students from one major to another, and the transfer of students to and from the college.
  •  General supervision of the implementation of the study and examination regulations.
  •  General supervision of the progress of the study and the performance of lecturers and periodic and final exams.
  •  Opening and following up academic files for students.
  •  Determine the start and end dates of the study.
  •  Entering students' grade data into the study and examination system.
  •  Preparing the semester average and cumulative average for students' grades in the study and examination system.
  •  Monitoring students' results in the academic file for each semester and maintaining its confidentiality.
  •  Reviewing statements and transcripts in coordination with the college registrar and the alumni unit.
  • Distribution of observers in the periodic and final exams in coordination with the scientific departments.
